All Orders Are Final
Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of our products, all orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products after purchase.
Order Accuracy
We encourage you to review all details, including product descriptions, customizations, and shipping information carefully before confirming your order. Since each item is custom-made and tailored to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to incorrect information provided during the ordering process.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may reach out to us via email at maddogcreations28@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect, and we will review the case.
- If your item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will either offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
- As all orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, we do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return or exchange is authorized in the case of a damaged or defective product, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
